One of our favorite country music singers is Alan Jackson and we can almost count out our favorite songs by him without having to look them up. One of the best ones is (Where Were You) ‘When the World Stopped Turning’. Then from “Here in the Real World” to ‘Don’t Rock the Jukebox”, this singer has well-earned his name as one of country music’s most well-known artists, with many awards over the time of his career.
We had learned that Alan Jackson would be an ‘Artist-in-Residence’ at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (CMHOF&M) in downtown Nashville and now we have some photos in our slideshow to share with our readers of the events which took place recently.
To check out Alan Jackson’s tour schedule go to his tours webpage. We see he will be in Florida for a couple of dates in January then out to California and Nevada, but we didn’t see anything coming up for the Nashville area. We’ll just hope to catch one of his concerts perhaps at the Opry where he has been a member since 1991 or so.
