Can you manage yourself?
Can you manage other members of your family?
It doesn’t matter if the answer is yes or no, because either way it’s probably a difficult task.
Enter Any.do 2.0.
Any.do 2.0 is an app that is said to streamline your entire life from top to bottom. I like to say it’s an app that “keeps you honest.”
Other organization apps make promises, but Any.do 2.0 backs them up.
It’s hard to imagine 11 million Any.do users being wrong, but Any.do 2.0 is even easier to use.
Copying and pasting notes from a work memo to a personal task list, sorting through multiple email chains to catch up on a group discussion, getting numerous texts or phone calls from a spouse asking to “add one more thing to that grocery list”… we deal with little inefficiencies all day long – inefficiencies that add up to a significant loss of time and focus.
Any.do 2.0 works on all your devices.
“Most of our users have work lives, family lives, and personal lives, but I think the modern task app user doesn’t see those things in separate silos anymore,” explains Any.do founder and CEO Omer Perchik. “It’s more like they’re in the business of life. All of those elements are part of a much bigger portfolio of experiences and aspirations. People want to be the best version of themselves across the board, and that means bringing all the features they need into one app, not separate ones for each ‘life’. That’s the lens through which we created Any.do 2.0, and that’s what makes it different.”
This new release is a great example of how an app should evolve.
I have the need to collaborate on some of the big projects I work on. Any.do 2.0 now has file sharing, and project-centered collaboration features. I found them robust and easy to use. The app is quick and seems to react to what a user needs. You can collaborate with one person on Any.do 2.0 or more than one if you upgrade to Premium.
That is just one of the improved features.
Any.do 2.0 also has Dropbox integration. Dropbox is one of the most universally used apps, especially in a business setting. Now ideas, questions and solutions can be shared along with files in Dropbox. Any.do 2.0 users can move up to 5MB files to and from Dropbox, quickly and easily.
This would include doc files, audio files, video, and images taken on their mobile device. Premium users can go even further with unlimited file sizes, no matter the type of file.
Any.do 2.0 is now available for free download on the Android and iOS platforms as well as a Web interface. Users can upgrade to Premium in the next two weeks with special launch price of $3 per month or $27 per year. (Note: this will revert to the regular $5 per month/ $45 per year after year one).
