Get ready to sweat at Westfield Workout Wednesdays
Horton brings the P90X workout to the mall to invigorate fitness routines for Angelenos. Through resistance training, body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics or jump training, abdominal work and stretching the program is designed to keep you on your toes, avoiding both boredom and plateauing.
What is plateauing?
According to the Tony Horton camp, many fitness plans lead to “plateaus” when the body becomes accustomed to the routines, and thus, decreases exactly what you are going for – results. That being said, Horton’s P90X program offers Muscle Confusion™, an advanced training method that surprises and challenges the body and its muscles ongoing to achieve real body change and an increase in greater personal fitness.
