What I like about Mange: Fresh Fruit Vinegars
Mange: Fresh Fruit Vinegars have a unique flavor that you cannot find with vinegars. It wakes up your sense of smell and makes your mouth water. I tried two different flavors of Mange: Fresh Fruit Vinegars. I tried their Mango and their Orange Sanguine – Blood Orange. I liked them both; each had their own distinct taste.
Mango: This blend begins with the sweet aroma and as soon as you try it, you can taste the fresh fruit piecing through your taste buds. I created a cocktail for my friends and they loved it. I used
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 3 large limes)
- Mango Fresh Fruit Vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- In a small heavy saucepan, bring the mint, sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mint syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a blender. Press firmly on the mint leaves to release all of the syrup. Add the tequila, limejuice, mango fresh fruit vinegar and ice. Blend until pureed.
- Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
Orange Sanguine – Blood Orange: I used this fresh fruit vinegar when I made a fish dinner one night for my family and they absolutely loved it. I used it on the shrimp and tilapia I cooked that night. The taste of the fish was outstanding.The two vinegars carry their own distinct flavor and they all smell and taste very good. There really is no best one because it depends what you like. Everyone has their own taste, but ever you buy you will not be disappointed and neither will your friends and family.
The Fresh Fruit Vinegar came quickly, packaged well and as I mentioned earlier they tasted very good. You can use them on any meat, chicken, pasta, vegetables or fish or even throw a little into your cocktail to make it unique and simply delicious. I will continue to use these fresh fruit vinegars and I highly recommend them to others.
