Well, Turkish Airlines, the airline that has been voted Europe’s Best Airline for three consecutive years is offering a unique look at its operations on the National Geographic Channel this fall. When I’m at an airport, I’m fascinated but everything that is going on around me. So in a few months time, you will be able to see what National Geographic captures about Turkish Airlines.
A production crew will be be on hand to film its daily operations from the air and also on the ground.
Viewers will be granted unprecedented access to not only see passengers in the air and on the ground, but also see the check-in process and what happens when the unthinkable happens, like when luggage is lost.
National Geographic has produced specials like this before, so they will capture the best raw moments to air.
This new association between National Geographic and Turkish Airlines will most definitely shine new light on what a busy day looks like at Turkish Airlines. It may give flyers new appreciation for what it takes to get them from place to place.
The series is scheduled to run in October 2014, on National Geographic People in Turkey and across the globe on the National Geographic Channel in November 2014. Don’t miss this groundbreaking series.
