Oh no, what did Jax do now? “Vanderpump Rules” hunk Jax Taylor isn’t exactly excited for the third season premiere of his Bravo reality show. On Thursday, he posted to Twitter: “Only 5 more days till the season premiere of Vanderpump Rules!! Who’s excited. Cause I am scared s$&tless.”
The hunky Sur bartender is known for getting himself into hot water (the first two seasons of the show featured Taylor hooking up with a co-worker in a bathroom, getting into a brawl with former BFF Tom Sandoval, and even getting arrested for a decade-old offense), and it sounds like Season 3 will be no different. According to the Huffington Post, Taylor is dating two women simultaneously in the new season of the show, and he debates about getting a nose job to fix a deviated septum. Show alum Tom Schwartz teased, “Jax is more Jax than ever this season.”
But the new season of “Vanderpump Rules” will also show Sur’s resident bad boy in therapy sessions that will help explain the underlying issues for his sometimes reckless behavior. “Believe it or not, I DO have a soul. I’m a caring, compassionate guy … and you will see a lot throughout the season,” Taylor said.
Of course, Jax is a busy guy—and not just because he’s dating multiple women (who, by the way, did not watch the previous seasons of his show.) In addition to his reality show, the martini making model has his own XCalibur clothing line. (Yes, chunky sweaters are included.) But unfortunately, Taylor’s tumultuous personal life seems to get the most buzz on “Vanderpump Rules,” simply because he doesn’t do the best job of managing it.
In a recent interview with Australia’s Border Chronicle, the reality star said, “My personal life is in a shambles. But everything else is wonderful!” But the 35-year-old also revealed that he has patched things up with Sandoval, despite the fact he once slept with his pal’s then-girlfriend Kristen Doute. “We’re guys, we get over things a little easier than women do. Especially women who live in LA, they hold a lot of grudges,” Taylor explained. “A lot has passed since you saw that episode. We’ve both grown a lot. There is no need to hold grudges, life is too short. We’ve been friends a long time. It didn’t make sense to throw away that friendship.”
Taylor admitted he does a lot of “dumb, foolish things,” but he maintains he’s not a bad guy. “I don’t really think about things before I do them, that gets me into a lot of trouble,” he said. But he does have regrets, especially over the fact that he was unfaithful to ex-love Stassi Schroeder, who will return in a limited capacity for the new season of the reality show.”Obviously I regret cheating on Stassi, it was not the right thing to do,” he said.”We all make mistakes. It wasn’t one of my finer moments and one of my major regrets.”
What will Jax Taylor do next? Find out when season 3 of “Vanderpump Rules” premieres on Nov. 3 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
