RecruitMilitary’s Veteran Opportunity Expo, a hiring event for veterans and other men and women with military backgrounds, at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati will be held Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The veterans job expo is being sponsored by Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and AdvancePierre Foods.
The event is for veterans who already have civilian work experience, personnel who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, members of the National Guard and reserves, military spouses, and other military family members. The military-to-civilian recruitment firm RecruitMilitary has produced Opportunity Expos since 2006.
At 10:00 AM the day of the expo, members of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resource Association will be presenting a seminar titled “Expo Success Tips from a Recruiter’s Perspective.” Attendees will learn firsthand from recruiting professionals how to create interest and achieve success at any career fair.
RecruitMilitary expects more than 55 employers, franchisors, educational institutions, and government agencies at the Expo.
