Celebrities such as Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez have been praising plant-based diets for their benefits in losing weight and staying healthy. Kelly Ripa agrees.
“I eat a very clean diet. I always say I’m a vegetarian who occasionally eats sushi,” she explained.

Kelly is a believer in supplements – but we’re not talking about Dr. Mehmet Oz-type “miracle” products. “I do take fish oil supplements and vitamin C,” she said.

As for fitness: “I work out every day. It’s part of my life,” Kelly says firmly.
I work out with a trainer, Anna Kaiser, three days a week. We do what I would call cardio ballet and power yoga. I take spinning classes at SoulCycle, which I love, and I run. I get bored, so I like to mix it up a little bit. I try to make my heart beat out of my chest, hard-core, once a day for at least a half hour. I think that’s very important.
