In case you are not aware of what day today is, today is National Coffee Day. Yes, one of the most exciting, or excitable, holidays of the year is here. To help you enjoy the day a bit more than just drinking your daily coffee, we have four suggestions for you to consider picking up.
It can be hard to find coffee that isn’t burnt or roasted too heavily, and in fact, grocery stores tend to be culprits of selling brands like this the most often. Unless you are someone who has their own coffeehouse for purchasing high quality coffee, it can be difficult to find the right brand you can trust. With all of that said, we’d like to introduce you to Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda.
There are four different roasts we’d like to discuss with you today and they are Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda’s Medium Light Roast, Medium Dark Roast, Espresso Roast and Signature Series. Let’s start with the type of coffee drinker you are because not all of you will find the four of these to your liking, even though they are of high quality.
Personally, dark and bolder coffee is preferable and that’s why the Espresso Roast is something a dark coffee drinker would prefer over the other three. The Espresso really brings a lot of bold and ambitious flavor to the table, not to mention a delightful smell. Some of you may be intimidated by the name Espresso and think it’s too strong, but it’s really not. The Espresso Roast is a very well-balanced, tasty dark roast and is a personal favorite.
Now if you are someone who prefers dark, but not overwhelmingly bold flavors, then the Medium Dark Roast would be right up your alley. Out of all four coffee selections, the Medium Dark Roast arrives right in the middle in terms of boldness and intensity. If you are an intermediate coffee drinker, you’ll probably prefer the Medium Dark Roast over the other three options.
Moving on, if you are someone who is new to coffee, doesn’t like it but is willing to sample more or you just enjoy lighter coffee, then we’d obviously recommend the Medium Light Roast blend. This is a pleasant, friendly and smooth brew that you will find delicious anytime of the day. There are times when you may just want a cup of coffee that isn’t a bold or intense experience, and we’d simply recommend the Medium Light, it’s delightful.
Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda’s Signature Series is the equivalent of a seasonal beer you’d find in a brewery. The Signature Series is something that changes throughout the year and is only found in limited quantities.
If you are feeling adventurous with your coffee tastes, this is a great way to toe the waters of new types of coffee. It’s a phenomenal gateway to other roasts and provides an interesting avenue of discovery, rather than buying a year round blend that never changes.
On this National Coffee Day, Grace Hightower and Coffees of Rwanda has some delectable coffee roasts for any coffee drinker, not to mention a great cause.
