Smartphone games have become a controversial subject in recent years. Many Android and iOS games are intentionally designed to be slow and boring, unless the player routinely purchases expensive in-app-purchases that bypass the tedious parts of the game. Such apps are despised by players, who view them as money-making tools that are designed to milk money out of players. While there are some genuinely fun smartphone games available, the market is over-saturated with shovelware that is designed to nickle-and-dime players.
GeePlus is a Japanese game developer that produces games for the Android and iOS platforms. Their latest title “Nekomimi Survivor”, a game about girls with cat ears and cat tails who must do battle against evil forces. There have already been several noteworthy games about the concept of leading cute girls into battle, but Nekomimi Survivor has a very unique and original feature that may catapult it into popularity.
