The much anticipated fourth season of ABC’s hit drama “Once Upon a Time” is back for with its premiere episode on Sunday, September 29 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. The network screened the first episode of season four, entitled,“A Tale of Two Sisters,” with a star-studded premiere at the El Capitan in Hollywood. The show’s cast and creators were on hand to introduce the episode, which featured for the first time, characters from “Frozen,” Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Sven, the Reindeer are featured. Just before the episode began, “snow” rained down on the crowd in anticipated arrival to Storybrooke the characters from the blockbuster Disney movie. Here’s what to expect for the Emma Swan, Snow White, Prince Charming, The Evil Queen, Hook, Rumple, Belle and the rest of the characters in the episode.

Emma has brought back Robin Hood’s wife, Marian, causing Robin to reevaluate his relationship with Regina. Will Regina find love or will she need the help of her Mirror (Giancarlo Esposito). Henry and Emma worry about Regina who seems to be traveling down the road to evil again.
Speaking of Emma, now that the danger is gone, (or so it seems), she and Hook are trying to decide if they should take their relationship to the next level. They discuss being a normal couple, trying to do normal couple things, like binge on Netflix. Can they have a normal life in Storybrooke or will Emma take Henry and return to their “normal, memory-less” life in New York?
Speaking of danger, the town becomes “frozen” when Elsa arrives with a mission to reunite with Anna, forcing the residents of the town to defend themselves from the unknown that’s wreaking havoc on their town. In the episode, we see Elsa and Anna’s origin story of the sisters trying to find their parents. In a flashback to Arendelle, Anna discovers that their parents – who died on-ship during a violent storm – were heading to a mysterious destination in a quest that may have held the secret to containing Elsa’s out of control Ice powers. And against Elsa’s wishes, Anna delays finishing her wedding plans to finish their journey to find out what her parents were looking for.

Newlyweds Belle and Rumplestiltskin are enjoying their wedded bliss and are looking forward to their lives together. Rumple remains troubled by the fact that he still has the magic dagger, having given Belle a fake one to hold onto. As they have their first dance as a married couple, Rumple still has darkness in his heart. The couple’s scenes are sweet and will please lovers of classic Walt Disney romance.
Snow and Charming love being parents again to new born son, Neal, but are feeling guilty for not being able to raise Emma and wonder what life would have been like that they not escaped the Enchanted Forrest.
Finally, Storybrooke’s newest resident, Will Scarlet (Michael Socha), isn’t featured but in future episodes, “Oncers” will see, Scarlet meets up again with Robin Hood. A former member of Hood’s band of Merry Men, Scarlet’s mysterious past pushes him to an unknown future.
