The season of autumn is upon us, and it’s one of the best times to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh fall air and engage in events among bright changing colors of leaves on the trees. Here are some outdoor events running this weekend in and around Salt Lake City, Utah to consider.

Runners have the opportunity of viewing buffalo, coyote, big horn sheep, deer, 400 species of birds and more while on this run. The event is on September 27, 2014 and there is a 5K, 10K, half marathon and full marathon available for runners. For more information and to register, please visit www.laytonmarathon.com.
