Supermodel Adriana Lima would definitely beat Gisele Bundchen in a fight, said pro boxer Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin. Lima, whose fitness regimen includes boxing workouts and a low-carb Paleo diet, has excellent form, power, and precision, said Quillin.
Kid Chocolate made the remarks after seeing Bundchen’s new commercial for Under Armour sportswear, which shows Gisele kicking and hitting a punching bag during an intense workout, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
Kid Chocolate, who has seen Lima box in person, said his bets are on her. “Seeing [Adriana] hit the pads, I expect her to do better in the ring than Gisele,” he said. “Her six-pack was on point!”
Of course, neither Brazilian supermodel is likely to fight anytime soon, since their careers depend on keeping their faces and bodies in pristine, bruise-free condition.
While Bundchen boxed for her Under Armour ad, Lima has been a boxing fanatic for 10 years, and credits the fat-burning conditioning workouts and a low-carb Paleo diet for her sizzling bikini body, as Examiner has reported.
Adriana, who has been a Victoria’s Secret Angel for the past 14 years, has trained with Michael Olajide, a former middleweight boxing champ, since 2004.
Olajide, who’s responsible for Lima’s stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her two pregnancies, said Lima’s workouts combine muscle-sculpting moves with rigorous cardio exercise and shadow-boxing.
The intense workouts can burn up to 1,000 calories per session, said Olajide. The best part is, Adriana enjoys doing them. “I like intense workouts, nothing slow,” she said.
Of course, exercise is only part of the equation for achieving a supermodel body. The 5-foot-10 Lima, who weighs about 135 pounds, follows a low-carb Paleo diet that’s low in sugar, carbs and processed foods, Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
Adriana’s diet typically features high-quality proteins like grilled meat and chicken, and she snacks on low-sugar fruits like blueberries and blackberries. She’s also a fan of coconut water.

Meanwhile, Bundchen’s anti-aging beauty secrets include a low-carb diet and yoga workouts. Gisele’s diet features mostly organic vegetables and fruits and excludes alcohol, sugar, red meat and processed foods. Bundchen said maintaining her sleek physique requires a lot of work, but it’s worth it.
