Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday June 22, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Richard Franklin Ballew, 51, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Ballew remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/11/2014)
Charles Dylan Brackett, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving with wrong class of license, speeding and reckless driving. Brackett was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,330.
Odbert Glen Ellison, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Ellison was released on 6/23 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (4/2/2013)
Catherine Leann Galloway, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of drug related objects and drugs not in original container. Galloway remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set. See also (3/25/2010)
Supree Marie Hill, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and a stop sign violation. Hill was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,560.
Joshua Price, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Price remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set.
