Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday October 10, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Bynum, 33, of Bremen was sentenced. See also (9/21/2014)
Adam Lee Grace, 25, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of open container in vehicle passenger area and tail light requirement. Grace was released on 10/11 after posting a $2,600 property bond. See also (7/1/2013)
Destinee Breane Green, 21, of Euharlee was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Green was released on 10/11 after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Arthur Banks McGowan, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, driving in violation of limited permit, hit and run and possession of open container in vehicle passenger area. McGowan remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,600 property bond has been set. See also (5/5/2010)
Lee Renae McTaggart, 40, of Dallas was arrested and charged with shoplifting. McTaggart was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond.
Russell Wade Mitchell, 40, of Cedar Bluff was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Mitchell remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/18/2013)
Michael Todd Styles, 49, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and two counts theft by taking. Styles remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set.
Hardy William Wilcox, 52, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and use of blue lights on vehicle. Wilcox was released on 10/11 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (7/26/2010)
