Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday October 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Oliver Bernard Albury Jr., 26, of Austell was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Albury remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/10/2013)

Timothy Joseph Beck, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Beck was released on 10/13 after posting a $800 OT bond.

Jonathan Cody Cheeks, 21, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Cheeks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/12/2014)

Robin Lynn Coats, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Coats remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,400 property bond has been set. See also (10/3/2014)

Devyn Dakota Hooper, 17, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with false imprisonment and aggravated assault. See also (9/26/2014)

Tonisha Shera Monford, 25, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Monford was released the same day after posting a $4,000 property bond.

Michael Leon Mosley Jr., 33, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, suspended tag, no insurance and a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Mosley was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,250 and a $335 cash fine.

Terrence Lamar Stocks, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Stocks remains in cutody at the time of this publication. A $1,600 property bond has been set. See also (5/17/2011)

Justin Lee Zimmerman, 19, of Douglasville was arrested and charged with under-age DUI and possession of alcohol by a minor. Zimmerman was released on 10/12 after posting $4,000 property bonds.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
