Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday September 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
William Riley Brock III, 48, of Rome is housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County authorities on charges of possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, theft by deception, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and probation violation.
Tiffany Deanna Bruce, 35, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Dekalb County. See also (2/17/2014)
Gary Lee Crane Jr., 23, of Dallas was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court and failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. See also (9/13/2013)
Jalesha Desiree Hood, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Hood was released on 9/12 after posting a $1,400 property bond.
Dimitrius Lashaun Huggins, 32, of Cedartown is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (3/17/2014)
Harold Lee Ingle, 49, of Cedartown is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. Ingle remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/15/2014)
Michelle I Jester, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and theft by deception. Jester was released on 9/12 after posting two OT bonds totaling $2,100.
Stephen McGatha Sr., 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with stalking. McGatha remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $20,100 property bond has been set.
Ashley Myers, 27, of Acworth was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court and probation violation. Myers remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/16/2011)
Andrew Steven Raper, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under age DUI (alcohol), failure to maintain lane and a tail light violation. Raper was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,912.
Bruce Anthony Taylor, 44, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/5/2013)
