Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday September 13, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Serigo Bentios Bentios, 31, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license, no insurance, speeding and suspended tag. Bentios was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,500.
Jeana Lynn Carnes Dunn, 38, was arrested in Rome and charged with theft by taking. See also (5/16/2014)
Brandon Lee Davis, 37, of Austell was arrested on a warrant our of Douglas County.
Alexandria Naoni Dyer, 19, of Talladega, AL was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Dyer was released the same day after posting a $5,100 property bond.
James Larry Elrod Jr., 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Elrod remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,600 property bond has been set. See also (2/13/2014)
Andres Ledesma, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Ledesma was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $600.
Lyric Nicole Locklear, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with obstruction. Locklear was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.
Cody Kim Parker, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with under age DUI, under age consumption, failure to maintain lane and driving on wrong side of roadway. Parker was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,342. See also (3/22/2011)
Michael Todd Payne, 49, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Payne remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/21/2013)
