Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday September 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Keisha Nicole Addison, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to obey stop sign. Addison was released on 9/14 after posting property bonds totaling $3,180.
Ethan Michial Brown, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set.
Petronila Gabriel, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed. Gabriel was released the same day after posting a $1,410 property bond.
Mark Anthony Hartline, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), terroristic threats and two counts obstruction. Hartline was released on 9/15 after posting property bonds totaling $11,100. See also (2/3/2012)
Claude Danny Morris Jr., 39, of Ridgeland, SC was arrested and charged with DUI, driving within median, failure to maintain lane, pedestrian under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving. Morris was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,832.
Cain Mejia-Vazquez, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA), aggravated battery (FVA), simple assault (FVA), aggravated assault (FVA), third degree cruelty to children and obstruction. Mejia-Vazquez remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (3/23/2010)
