Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday September 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

James David Coleman, 53, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County on a warrant for probation violation. See also (4/18/2014)
Ruudwan Jesus Companioni, 42, of Snellville was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness. Companioni was released on 9/26 after posting property bonds totaling $7,200.
Gregory Lee Law, 39, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Law remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (3/10/2014)
Joshua David Pike, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for theft by receiving stolen property, child support and 4 counts failure to appear in superior court. Pike remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/21/2012)
Matthew Gary Rhinehart, 33, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, DUI-drugs, speeding, cracked windshield, possession of drug paraphernalia and a brake light violation. Rhinehart was released on 9/26 after posting property bonds totaling $7,200.
Jatavious Marquel Smith, 20, of was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Albert Edward Sorrells, 48, of is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (1/2/2014)
Donald Ray Taylor, 43, of Aragon is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court.
Johnny Frank Taylor, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/5/2014)
Jenny Marie White, 31, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud. White was released on 9/26 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/6/2013)
Hobert William Wooten III, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Wooten was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (6/3/2014)
