Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday September 26, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony D Albright, 46, of Buchanan was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Albright was released the same day after paying a $290 cash fine.
Casey Beaver, 26, of Sand Rock, AL was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs and endangering a child under the age of 14 while DUI. Beaver was released on 9/28 after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.
Meschach Demetrius Bryant, 28, of Rockmart was arrested on a hold for Tifton.
William Olson Griffith, 53, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction, open container in vehicle and tampering with evidence. Griffith was released on 9/28 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100. See also (3/10/2013)
Jonathan Leon Guest, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with interference with custody. Guest was released on 9/28 after posting a $2,100 property bond.
Juan Luis Gonzalez Herrojon, 28, of Carrollton was sentenced. See also (6/6/2014)
Devyn Dakota Hooper, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hooper was released the same day after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond. See also (8/22/2014)
Nazario Salvador Mejia, 26, of Cedartown was sentenced to 30 days with 2 for 1 credit.
Michael Andrew Mosley, 29, of Temple was arrested and charged with two counts of fraudulent attempt to obtain a refund. Mosley was released on 9/28 after posting property bonds totaling $4,100. See also (11/26/2011)
Barbara Lee Sherbert, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Sherbert was released on 9/27 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (6/11/2014)
Damien Scott Wallace, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. See also (9/15/2014)
