October is known for being the month of scares, haunts, and horror conventions across the country but all along the east coast the month of October brings you Chiller Theatre – a toy, model, and film expo. What most don’t realize is the musical talent that is featured at Chiller Theatre. They have a rock and roll room set up where you can get up close and personal with some of your musical favorites, local talent and all around great bunch of people.
On Saturday October 25th some of these amazing artists actually get up and perform their favorite songs and hits for you. The price to see them play is included in your Saturday ticket.
This year some local musicians will be signing autographs, taking pictures and getting to know their fans. The rock and roll room will be filled with some of the most influencial musicians from the past 30 years.
The Dead Elvi Since 1993, The Dead Elvi have unleashed their brand of surf punk Horror-Billy” Rock & Roll onto the unsuspecting ears of convention-goers at the semi-annual Chiller Theatre Film, Toy and Model Expo in Northern NJ. Adorned in trademark zombie garb, they’ve played to packed hotel ballrooms for twenty years worth of Saturday night Chiller parties.
The Smithereens are an American rock band from Carteret, New Jersey, United States. The group formed in 1980 with members Pat DiNizio, Jim Babjak, Mike Mesaros, and Dennis Diken

Cherie Currie was the lead vocalist of The Runaways, a rock band from Los Angeles, in the mid-to-late 1970s. After The Runaways she became a solo artist.

Rick Mullen, of Dutchess County, NY, has done world tours with Don McLean, a decade with The Commander Cody Band, concerts with Savoy Brown,Vince Martell (Vanilla Fudge) Nick Seager, Benny Mardones, Katrina Chester and many others. He brings his distinct style to any genre, effortlessly switching from electric 2 (yes, he made a 2 string bass) 4,5 fretted/fretless to acoustic/electric upright bass.
Gary DeCarlo the voice of Steam and co-writer of Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye, the song played at almost all sporting events world wide. He is one of Connecticut’s own talent/
Danny Horboychuk is an accomplished and successful bass player from the area of Hudson Valley, New York. His work has been seen and appreciated throughout the United States as well as internationally, having performed with notable groups such as NY metal band “Dry Kill Logic”, as well as Poughkeepsie rock band “Down For Low”, and “Emperor of Rock & Roll, Richie Scarlet”.
Ian Lloyd is an American rock singer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of the band Stories, whose single “Brother Louie” was number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1973. In 1971 Michael Brown and Ian Lloyd formed Stories.
Bobby Steele is an American punk rock musician. He is the current guitar player, songwriter, and sole original member of punk band The Undead. He has been a member of multiple other bands, most notably, as the second guitarist of The Misfits.
