The lavender haired rocker descendant Kelly Osbourne is using her style expertise to launch her own self proclaimed clothing line “Stories” with the Australian based company Jupi Corporation with HSN on September 25.
The 29 year old fashionista broke the news with Women’s Wear Daily on Monday, August 18 and is excited about her contemporary line using the Home Shopping Network’s platform.
Kelly is said to launch thirteen head to toe looks for her line “Stories” with affordable prices ranging from $55 to $170 for the everyday fashion forward woman.
Like many women, Ozzy’s daughter is overly attached to some of her clothing and describes how she got the idea of starting her very own line “Stories” and how it came to be:
I believe that every time you wear something, you have a story of where you wore it, whether it be good or bad. “What made me realize this was when I was going through my closet and I was like, ‘Oh, I wore those shoes on stage every day when I was in Chicago,’ and ‘I wore that dress to my friend’s funeral,’ and, ‘Oh my gosh, I wore that skirt on a date and it still has a stain on it from where I fell off the steps because he tried to kiss me, I didn’t want to kiss him and I broke my wrist. I can’t get rid of that.’ Like, there are all these funny emotional attachments.”
To express her dedication to her project, the reality starlet added “Stories” to her skull tattoo early this Summer sparking attention to the line and caught the eye of fellow celebrities such as heart breaker Taylor Swift and singer Ciara whom are claiming clothing already.
Osbourne has also been approached by celebrities to design red carpet outfits for names she wishes not to reveal, so selling her “Stories” will be a breeze for the E! fashion host.
The collection is very posh, with vintage polished dresses, Kelly’s famous polka dot dresses, formal slacks and sexy jumpers all ranging from sizes 0-24 that can be worn any where:
It’s really unfair that America has this disillusion that the most common size is size 14, and that’s only because that’s as big as most fashion designers go.”
Kelly is on the rock and roll and is taking over the market with “Stories” on Bluefly with accessories and handbags and is working on a holiday collection this Winter, which will consist of catch phrases like “stop and smell the roses” on t-shirts.
This is just the beginning for Kelly Osbourne as she launches “Chapter One” of many more chapters to come with Jupi Corp., which is also the home base for the Kardashian Kollection.
