Langostino Lobster Available at Rubio’s for Limited Time Only
Rubio’s® Restaurants, the brand known for its uniquely delicious coastal cuisine, is celebrating the return of fan favorites, the Langostino Lobster Burrito and Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate. In addition to the seasonal classics, this year, Rubio’s is also introducing Langostino Lobster Enchiladas. A nod to the brand’s dedication to providing guests with craveable offerings, the premium Langostino Lobster menu items will be available for a limited time only.
The Langostino Lobster Burrito offers mouthwatering Langostino Lobster drizzled with warm basil butter served in a warm flour tortilla. The tasty burrito also includes fresh, handmade guacamole, citrus rice flavored with lemongrass and lime juice, black beans, creamy chipotle sauce and salsa fresca. Guests looking for a little variety are invited to come by land or sea to try Rubio’s Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate. Featuring the Langostino Lobster Taco and Rubio’s, Grilled Gourmet™ Steak Taco, the Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate comes complete with a side of “no-fried” pinto beans™ and tortilla chips. The new Langostino Lobster Enchilada Plate is great for dinner and includes two enchiladas made with tender Langostino Lobster, a blend of three melted cheeses, cilantro and onion, all topped with verde sauce, fresh avocado slices, salsa fresca and a creamy chipotle sauce. Each plate is served with citrus rice and black beans.
