Talien (AKA Tal) the satyr paladin and Maleficent (AKA Mal) the half-fiend/half-fey sorceress are back with yet another talk show, this one reviewing famous monsters and disasters from the Syfy channel, with stats for 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons. In this episode, the worm turns…
Mal: Didn’t the Syfy channel cover this ridiculous monster already?
Tal: Not quite. Same channel, different show. It was called Sand Serpents then.
Mal: So Syfy channel has two different movies about the Mongolian Death Worm?
Tal: I’m afraid so.
Mal: Not as afraid as I am.
Tal: This Mongolian Death Worm is a massive poisonous cryptid that lives in the Gobi Desert and can blast its prey with electricity–
Mal: Massive? Mongolian Death Worms are supposed to be five feet long at most.
Tal: Let’s call it the Godzilla-fication of monsters. They get bigger in the retelling.
Mal: Why am I arguing with you about a fictional monster?
Tal: Why are you arguing with a paladin satyr?
Mal: Good point. The Mongolian Death Worm is more feasible than you are.
Tal: Uhm…thank you?
