Promoting actress Gal Gadot appearing in both of the Justice League films as Wonder Woman “a demigod’ who’s the daughter of Zeus,and her take on the iconic hero as she makes her way to the big screen in Batman v Superman.
Until studio execs see the success of Batman v. Superman no one can talk about how the next 10 movies will do until they see how successful Batman v. Superman is on March 25,2016. There’s a lot is riding on the Batman v. Superman movie. They’ve had a successful Batman franchise,but not with Ben Afleck, there was some fan flack early on. And now they have to relaunch a multicharacter movie to establish characters like Wonder Woman.
Theres also an anticipated Wonder Woman solo film as well scheduled for release in 2017. Gadot scoring the female super hero movie is a major coo, given that studios like DC and Marvel have been getting lots of flack recently for their lack of female-starring superhero projects.
Rival studios who are looking at 2017 aren’t even sure if their super hero movies will even wind up even getting made, like Disney executed its Iron Man, Captain America, Avengers movies. Even though Warner Bros. is unsure if they will be able to do the same, with concernes multiplex can absorb so many movies, film analysts give Warners props for finally committing to a full slate of DC-derived filmsfinally revealed plans for its DC Entertainment properties last week, unveiling a 10-movie lineup through 2020.
Like actor Jason Momoa in “Aquaman”, who’s perhaps the best-known of the new DC heroes, having held a lead role in the 2005-2009 TV series Stargate: Atlantis and, even more notably, the part of Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones.
Jason Momoa starred in 2011’s Conan the Barbarian and the 2012 box office bomb Bullet to the Head. In addition to his superhero role and his upcoming part in Wolves coming out in November of 2014. Jason also stars on Sundance TV’s drama The Red Road, which was renewed for a six-episode second season earlier this year, set to air in 2015.
So its appropriate that Momoa would play the king of Atlantis, but it wasn’t officially confirmed until Warner Bros.’ announcement this month. The star recently confirmed that he will appear in the Justice League movie in 2017 prior to his starring role in the”Aquaman”, film in 2018.
There’s even speculation that he’d appear as the character in the upcoming Batman v. Superman, but the star has remained tight-lipped about the possibility.
Portraying the ” The Flash” with superhuman speed in 2017’s Justice League Part 1, is Ezra Miller… the first openly Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & French male actor, and a marvelous chief, to play a superhero in a franchise blockbuster. And who’ll possibly also make an appearance in 2016’s Batman v. Superman. Meanwhile, the Flash solo film is set for release in 2018.
