Tipper and Lynch are male cats available for adoption at Regional Animal Services of King County in Kent.
Tipper is a 2 year old handsome boy ready and waiting for his forever home. He is a black and white domestic medium hair. A very sweet, friendly and affectionate kitty, Tipper loves to give head butts to show his appreciation. He likes to be petted head to tail, and especially enjoys the “double cheek smoosh”. What is that you ask? It’s where you gently scratch both his cheeks at the same time. He thinks it’s the best! He is also quite fond of having under his chin and neck scratched.
Tipper may not be big on being held, but he is BIG on wanting love and attention. However, he can get over stimulated when petting and may nip; although I didn’t do that to the volunteer photographer.
Tipper is also FIV+ and would need to be indoor-only, and either an only kitty or live with other FIV+ kitties. But don’t worry too much. FIV+ kitties can live just as long as other kitties. You can ask the officers and veterinarians at RASKC for more information when you go visit him.
Tipper is litter box trained, neutered, current on vaccinations, and micro chipped!
Also, when you adopt Tipper you get a certificate for an office visit to the veterinarian of your choice.
If you would like to meet Tipper in person and get to know him better, you can find him at RASKC’s King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent, located at 21615 64th Ave S. Please come and see him today…he can’t wait to meet you! You just might be purr-fect for each other!
When you go visit Tipper, please make sure to reference his ID #A445179. You can find out more about Tipper on his Pet Finder profile at https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/30668126/.
Another adoptable kitty at RASKC is Lynch. Lynch is a 6yr old male brown Tabby domestic short hair. He is a shy but very loving kitty who adores being petted head to tail. He’s ok being held, but once he realizes you are about to set him down, Lynch is quick to jump down. Once he gets used to you, Lynch is quick to purr, and is an insistent head butter.
Lynch is being treated for coccidian (a parasite) and will need one more re-check. All animals have coccidian, but it affects some more than others when stressed. If adopted before the final re-check you can bring Lynch back to the shelter, or bring in a stool sample, for the veterinarians to check. Another option is to have the veterinarians give you medicine to take home with you.
Lynch is also a bit over weight and will need some help shedding a few pounds. The officers and veterinarians at RASKC can give you some advice, as can the veterinarian of your choice.
Lynch is also available for adoption at RASKC in Kent, located at 21615 64th Ave S. When you go visit Lynch, please make sure to reference his ID #A444060. You can find out more about Lynch on his Pet Finder profile at https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/30668081/.
