With the summer months now in full swing, Paul Shishis of Oshawa anticipates that it would be a busy season again for UFO sightings. Over the years, he has captured more than 400 photos of various objects in the skies over southern Ontario.
On June 27,2014 at about 4:30 p.m., Shishis was enjoying a day at the beach in Cobourg when he noticed something very strange in the sky.
“The day was warm and mostly clear skies,” he noted. “While at the beach facing south, I noticed many miles out in Lake Ontario, an odd appearance in black that seemed static to the eye.”
Since Shishis has had so many UFO sightings over the years, he was prepared as usual. He grabbed his binoculars to get a better look but “I could in no way identify it!” he said. “It looked really weird and moved very slowly.”
As he continued to watch the unusual object, he felt it was important to take some photos. Still focusing on it, he set his camera a 20X full zoom to capture the best images possible.
“I successfully captured what I had been watching for near one half hour. It appeared strange like some type of craft.
He wondered if it might actually be sitting on the water or hovering just above it but he could see no waves below it. He also wondered if someone could be seen on the object.
“I suppose it’s out too far (away) to really say or think what it might be, though it appeared static and was a dark black. It just looks weird, eh!”
The video included above was taken by Shishis on June 5, 2014. The video shows a single slow moving white light over Oshawa, where he lives.
Be sure to also check out Shishis’ daytime sighting of a few strange anomalies on June 25, as well as a nighttime sighting of a bright white object on June 29, 2014. Information and photos for those two sightings can be seen.
