Will Hayden, who starred on “Sons of Guns” may be in the deep waters of trouble. On September 11, 2014, his oldest daughter Stephanie Hayden Ford made a startling confession. Will touched her inappropriately when she was 12 years old.
When the story first broke about Will raping her sister, Stephanie spoke up for her father. She told TMZ, “There was never any impropriety in our home. He was and is a good father.”
However, her story changed. Last week, she exposed her secret during a taping of the Dr. Phil show. Stephanie said that her father, Will, had been drinking that night. He came into her room and forcibly removed her shirt. Then he started kissing her chest. She told Doctor Phil that she jumped back. Will left her room and never touched her again.
Stephanie never felt safe after that. To protect herself, she started carrying knives and she avoided Will whenever possible. She became depressed.
Stephanie gave this press release, “I decided to appear on Dr. Phil to tell my story exclusively because I know he would take it seriously. With my father now in jail, everyone in my family and in our company is now talking openly for the first time. I have nothing to gain from this exclusive interview, but to begin living in truth and getting help for myself and my sister. I just pray that our story will somehow prevent another victim from staying silent.”
Not only did Will allegedly molest his oldest daughter Stephanie, but he abused another 12-year-old family member. The one daughter, according to HNGN, was orally and/or vaginally raped almost every day. The victim said that Will took her virginity in March 2013 when she was 11-years-old. A friend of Stephanie’s then came forward claiming that Will abused her and forced her to kiss him.
However, the abuse/molestation trail doesn’t end there. Two other female victims have come forward to the Livingston Parish Sheriffs Office. In Livingston, Will is charged with aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
The accusations all started because Will’s former personal assistant found Will kissing his daughter passionately while sitting on the couch. She told law enforcement about it. Will shifted the blame to his ex-girlfriend saying that she was out to stir up trouble against him.
Will allegedly tried to cover it up by threatening to kill the former personal assistant and asking his daughter Stephanie to come to his defense. She did so, only because her sister declared that Will never abused her.
Stephanie believed her until she discovered her sister made a confession to her grandfather that Will abused her. The abuse started when she was 11 years old. She knew that she had to take action. She wanted to help others who might be going through the same thing.
Will’s lawyer accused Stephanie of leveling false accusations against her father as a way to get money. He said, “Her complaints arose only after her income from the show and (gun) shop stopped. She’s still Will’s daughter and he loves her.”
Will is in the East Baton Rouge jail with a $300,000 bond. If he somehow posts that much money to get out, he won’t be free. He will be going straight to the jail in Livingston.
Stephanie’s confession took courage, but she was strong and did what she had to do. After she finished taping on Dr. Phil’s show, she blacked out and collapsed into her husbands arms. Someone called 911, but by the time paramedics arrived, Stephanie regained consciousness.
